SMT (Surface Mount Technology) Production Line

Today's technologies have the potential to connect us all, anywhere and anytime. One of the most important of these technologies is undoubtedly mobile phones, and Miteksa Electronics Co. produce Chargers, Charge & Data Cables for mobile phones.

Miteksa works to produce smart mobile phone accessories in many different configurations, from Chargers, Fast Chargers, Vehicle Chargers, USB Adapters, Cables to Data Cables, in its state-of-the-art factory in Tuzla, which covers an area of 15,000 m². Miteksa, which has a dynamic and strong human resource with over 170 employees, produces all solutions within its own structure, from design to R&D, from production under its own brand to contract manufacturing for the world's best brands.

With our state-of-the-art machinery and sophisticated production lines, we produce high-tech, durable, reliable and environmentally friendly products by following sectoral trends very closely, with our completely domestic and national design and production facility. We work with the goal of increasing our production quality and capacity every day, and we always renew, develop and strengthen our production lines with the most technological solutions. In addition to this, we aim to improve our production processes day by day with our R&D activities and we are working intensively on this target. As Miteksa Elektronik, we work and continue our activities in order to represent our country in the international market in the best way with the quality and assurance of Miteksa Elektronik, with our export activities as well as these production activities. Our most important mission is to carry the Far East, which is the current production base of our industry, to this geography, which has been the center of trade for centuries, to a much higher level in terms of price & quality optimization.

Surface Mount Technology (SMT) and SMD Composition Line

By using surface mounting technology, it enables the production of integrated circuits by placing the circuit elements on the PCB without error, providing the possibility of mass production, increasing the technical performance and functionality tremendously, while reducing the costs significantly. In the early days, SMDs were soldered by hand. The first series of Pick & Place machines was able to accommodate only a few simple circuit elements, making it possible to place more complex and smaller components only manually. 20 years ago, a new era was opened in this field and SMD string lines are now used, from simple resistors to complex integrated circuits. Miteksa Electronic Co. In 2020, we invested in a high-capacity and precision complete SMD Array line. With our faster and more reliable, fully automatic SMD line, leaded and lead-free solder paste as well as bonding operations are carried out.p>

Plastic Injection Production Line

Plastic injection systems reduce the complexity in the production processes of products with complex and detailed structures with low tolerances. Mass production has many advantages in terms of production, such as low error rate, dimensional accuracy and no need for additional processes in terms of surface quality. Our Plastic Injection Systems in our production line, in addition to the most complex chargers, including charging and data cables, are of high quality and durability. We produce in confidence.

Wave Soldering

Before starting the bottom typesetting process, the components are made ready for the bottom typesetting by using special form and cutting machines. Wave soldering is a large-scale soldering process in which electronic components are soldered onto a printed circuit board to form an electronic assembly. The process is much faster and can produce a higher quality product than manual soldering of components. Wave soldering is used for both through-hole printed circuit assemblies and surface mounting. In the latter case, the components are adhered to the printed circuit board surface by the insertion equipment before passing through the molten solder wave.
